Return & Refund Policy

At Dr. Teeth Scandinavia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened or used whitening strips cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Dr.teeth.scandi@gmail.com and we will resolve it immediately.
